lUDVIG BORÉN IS A SWEDISH INTERIOR ARCHITECT AND FURNITURE DESIGNER. HE IS A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY CREATIVE COMING FROM A BACKGROUND IN GRAPHIC DESIGN AND ILLUSTRATION WORKING WITH AN EXPLORATORY PRACTICE IN SPATIAL DESIGN, TRANSFORMING two-dimensional OBJECTS INTO 3D ITERATIONS. HIS ARTISTRY DRAWS FROM THE EVERYDAY, THE UNSEEN, THE RANDOM, AND HIS PRODUCTS DO NOT SHY AWAY FROM CRUDENESS, SATIRE OR FRAGILITY.

HE STRIVES TO IMPACT THE INDUSTRY OF INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE THROUGH HIS OWN POINT OF VIEW, INTEGRATING HIS INTERESTS IN TRADITIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP TECHNIQUES AND (AT TIMES) OBSCURE REFERENCES, TRANSLATING CLASSICAL FORM AND FUNCTION INTO CONTEMPORARY EXPRESSIONS.

While integrating sustainable solutions and clever material use in HIS processES, HE maintainS high standardS of integrity anD artistic excellence when collaborating with HIS customers. WITH professional experience within the field FROM BOTH THE SWEDISH, SPANISH AND FINNISH MARKET HE IS CURRENTLY focusing on research within spatial, furniture and textile design.

HE COMPLETED HIS Master's of Arts in Interior Architecture at Aalto University, HELSINKI, AND graduated IN 2024.
